Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lg. potatoes, sliced
- 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 to 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 to 4 pound pot roast
- 1/2 c. water
Instructions
- Add all vegetables, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
- Add meat and water.
- Cook at low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
