Ingredients
- 1 pasteurized egg white
- 2 teaspoon aloe Vera juice
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon apple juice
Mixing Directions
Mix egg white, Aloe Vera juice, oil, and apple juice together in a blender. Pulse until blended.
Preparing the skin
This step is easier done in the shower with a continuous flow of warm water.
Wet face, neck and chest area with warm water. Gently massage these areas with your fingertips.
The water hydrates; the massage stimulates.
Applying Aloe Vera Face Mask
Note: As with all face masks, keep the ingredients away from the eye and mouth areas.
Starting with the chest area, wipe the Aloe Vera and egg face mask on the skin starting from the chest area and working upwards to the forehead. Avoid the mouth and eye areas.
A one-inch foundation brush (looks like a paint brush) is a handy applicator for this mixture.
Relax
Place wet tea bags or cucumber slices over your eyes, and then relax as the ingredients penetrate the skin for 15 to 20 minutes.
As the mask dries, the skin will feel tighter.
Rinse the mask off of the skin, making sure all traces of the mask are removed.
Moisturize
Allow the skin to air-dry one minute, and then apply moisturizer to the chest, neck and face.
