PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2012 Schedule

The Pakistan Fashion Design Council [PFDC] has announced the dates for the second season of the PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2012.

The event is scheduled to take place in Lahore from October 3-6, 2012 in collaboration with the world’s leading beauty brand L’Oreal Paris. The statement follows the huge success of the debut PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week held in December 2011.

In Eastern culture, including Pakistan the bride is always the focus. The colour of her outfit, makeup, accessories and overall bridal look is brought together as an ensemble to make her the most beautiful woman for that special day. And that is the reason why bridal fashion is so popular in Pakistan.

PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2012 has just kept that in mind by defining both contemporary and traditional Pakistani bridal fashion, jewellery and makeup trends, to create the ‘look’ for bridal season 2012–2013.

Leading names and brands from within the fashion and jewellery industry will showcase their
trends for 2013. Not only that, individual makeup artists will also present their interpretation of bridal makeup trends at the show.
