At this point, I hope it’s a given that you wear sunblock, not only when you’re at the beach or pool, but whenever you head outdoors. One tip I read recently is to apply the lotion at night so it has time to fully absorb. Obviously, you don’t want to do this if you roll into the shower directly from bed, but it’s a great idea if you’re going for a morning run, or, like me, walk your dog first thing every day.
Though we all know to wear it, a lot of confusion still surrounds sun block–like which ingredients are best, how high of an SPF do you really need and how much do you need to use.
