Ingredients
- • 2 cups Mash pulse
- • 1 teaspoon Mustard seed
- • 1 tsp Cumin seed (crushed)
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • Ginger 2 tsp
- • 2-3Green chillies
- For yogurt
- • 2 cup Yogurt
- • 1 tsp Sugar
- • 1/2 tsp Rock salt/Kala namak
- • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
- • Salt to taste
- For Baghar
- • Cumin seed
- • Green chillies
- • Coriander leaves
- • Red chilli powder
- • Ginger
- • Oil for baghar
Instructions
- Boil and grind mash pulse.
- In pulse put cumin seed, mustard seed, salt, ginger and chilies mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok take mixture in spoon and put in wok, fry baray well and put aside.
- Blend yogurt with addition of sugar, rock salt, cumin seed and salt using the Braun Multiquick 5 hand blender.
- In a bowl put fried baray and pour blended yogurt over it.
- Heat oil add cumin seed, ginger, red chili powder and green chilies stir and give baghar onto dahi baras.
- Serve with tamarind chutney.
