Why avocado: With its healthy fats and phytonutrients, avocados are great for moisturizing dry skin and hair. They are full of monounsaturated fat and antioxidants and help soothe skin, reduce inflammation and tissue damage.
Crush half an avocado into a fine pulp.
Add one tablespoon honey for cleansing and a little plain yogurt if you want to soothe irritated skin. Also add quarter cup virgin olive oil.
Apply the mixture to your neck and face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
Wash off with lukewarm water.

Peel a banana and mash it to get a thick paste.
