Chicken Sticks

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm chicken boneless (Cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp tamarind juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Some Wood Sticks
  • Oil for frying

 

Chicken Sticks
METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl, add chicken boneless, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, tamarind juice, salt, and curry powder mix well.
  2. Marinate for 30-35 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Now add egg and bread crumbs in chicken.
  4. Thread the chicken into wood sticks.
  5. Heat oil in a large pan.
  6. Add chicken sticks in the pan.
  7. Fry until golden brown from each side.
  8. Chicken sticks are ready to serve.
  9. serve hot with chapati and green salad.
