A delicious summer cooler of mango pulp, saffron and kewra water
- 1 cup ripe mango pulp or 1 cup tinned mango pulp
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- a pinch of saffron
- 1 tsp kevra water
- In a deep bowl add the mango pulp, sugar and milk, stir.
- Add the green cardamom powder, saffron and kevra water.
- Stir well and add some ice cubes and serve in glasses.
