If you struggle fitting exercise into looking after your children and spending time with them, then you can now rest safe in the knowledge that you can do both at the same time. What do you to spend quality time with your children at the moment? Play games at home? Maybe watch some television? If you try taking your child to a park instead of doing indoor activities, you will find that you are able to get some exercise and play with your child at the same time. If you have a bicycle and a small child who will fit in a travel seat, then you could use this to get to places. Your child would enjoy this as they would be getting a ride, and you would be able to get some exercise.

Other options are playing skipping games or football with slightly older children. No matter which of those you decide to do, you are sure to be able to find something that will suit you and the type of life that you like to lead and wish to lead in the future.
