Nails Inc Glitter Collection

Add some glamour to your talons with Nails Inc’s glitter collection which has four gorgeous shades in glittering lilac, silver, rose and multi-coloured.

Wear on top of your favourite colour or paint a single layer on bare nails for a barely there glimmer.

Understated shine

If full-on glitz isn’t your style, you can still add drama to your eyes without being mistaken for a man in drag.

Michael Phillips, International Makeup Artist for New CID has this step-by-step guide to give eyes smouldering sparkle:

1. Applying New CID i-glow in Sirocco to the lash to brow area as a base. The shimmery highlighter reflects light beautifully.

2. Using New CID i-shadow in Laguna, start with the silver shadow and apply over the lid as a wash of colour.

3. Use the deeper chocolate shimmer shade and blend.

4. Use i-smoulder in Ameythest under lower lashes, starting with the liner end first, then blend the shadow at the opposite end into the line to create a smokey defined look.

5. Add eyeliner and mascara and get ready to wow!

These shimmering cream highlighters from Urban Decay are a great way to maximise your cheekbones and add definition to your party wear make-up.

Their shimmering champagne colour and moonshine shade are our winter wear essentials – just add a touch to the inner corners of your eyes or sweep across brow bones to intensify your look.
