A Flavorful Semolina for Toddlers and Babies. For all those mothers who have children who only say No to food, this is my way of making Semolina which has never disappointed me even when my son is 2 years old.
2 tbsp Semolina (Sooji).
2 tsp unsalted butter.
One cup water (if using powder milk) or just liquid full fat milk.
6 tsp Nido, full fat or for 1 year old.
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or 1/2 tsp sugar or 1/2 tsp honey (depending on the age of the child)
