A nice and tangy side dish that can be relished with rice.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of mangoes (raw) cut into small pieces
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 4 Smoked red chillies (roasted on direct fire)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil
Instructions:
- Grind all the ingredients except oil to a coarse paste.
- While grinding mangoes should be added last.
- Add coconut oil and can be used as side dish for rice.
