A nice and tangy side dish that can be relished with rice.

mango coconut chutney

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of mangoes (raw) cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 4 Smoked red chillies (roasted on direct fire)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Grind all the ingredients except oil to a coarse paste.
  2. While grinding mangoes should be added last.
  3. Add coconut oil and can be used as side dish for rice.
