Ingredients:
- Besan (gram-flour) 1 cups
- Onions 1 small peeled and cut in small cubes
- Potatoes 2 large peeled and cubed
- Red chilli 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Fresh green chilli 5-6 cut and sliced
- Fresh coriander leaves about 1/2 bunch, cut
- Cooking oil for deep frying

Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl with water.
- Now add the onions, potatoes, green chilli and fresh coriander.
- The mixture should be thick.
- Once the oil is hot, spoon the mixture into the oil
- Let the pakoras cook till golden brown.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
- Can be served with ketchup or green chutney.
