Mixed Pakoras

Ingredients:

  • Besan (gram-flour) 1 cups
  • Onions 1 small peeled and cut in small cubes
  • Potatoes 2 large peeled and cubed
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fresh green chilli 5-6 cut and sliced
  • Fresh coriander leaves about 1/2 bunch, cut
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

Mixed Pakoras

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl with water.
  2. Now add the onions, potatoes, green chilli and fresh coriander.
  3. The mixture should be thick.
  4. Once the oil is hot, spoon the mixture into the oil
  5. Let the pakoras cook till golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
  7. Can be served with ketchup or green chutney.
