Facial scrub for dry skin
Facial scrub with oat meal:
Take 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder and 3 to 4 tablespoons of buttermilk.
Mix these two ingredients and apply this paste on your face.
Leave for few minutes and allow it to dry.
