The research conducted now says that taking one chocolate a day keeps the blood pressure away. The research establishes a new theory taking one chocolate is equivalent for the exercise done for an hour. It is good for blood pressure patients.
For the purpose of the study, university of Adelaide examined flavors of dark chocolate( which contains flavonol) and found that it causes the dilation of blood vessels which eventually benefit in lowering the blood pressure.
